company’s mission: the Fishing Operations Division, the Boat Manufacturing Division, and the Technical

viable fishing activities, utilizing vessels produced by the Boat Manufacturing Division. This manufacturing
arm specializes in the innovative design, production, and supply of high-quality fishing that directly
